Terms and Conditions
I. I understand that as part of Citizens Gas’s pre-arranged capacity bidding process, any bids submitted will be viewable by other bidders. This includes; name of bidding entity, bid amount, relevant pipeline, and volume being bid upon.
II. I hereby acknowledge that all of the information being provided to Citizens Gas in order to register for the pre-arranged bidding process is accurate.
III. I hereby certify that the registered user is authorized to bid on interstate pipeline capacity on at least one of the pipelines serving the Citizens Gas service territory. Furthermore, I agree that the registered user will only bid on capacity associated with pipelines for which the user is authorized to bid.
IV. I understand that failure to comply with any of the aforementioned terms may result in being excluded from future pre-arranged capacity bids.
